House Rules-
- Check-in: 12:00 pm.
- Check out: 10:00 am.
- No smoking in rooms or corridor,
Smoking is allowed outside the house. - Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours 10.30 pm – 7 am.
- Invertor backup for fans*
- Shoes must be kept near shoes rack.
- Our property is remote, hence any specific order will be fulfilled based on availability and time constraint.
- Room service not available after 10.30 pm to 7 am.
- Dinner served between 9-10 pm. Self-service after 10.00 pm.
- Check out time must be followed. As cleaning required more than hour.
- Aryavarta beach resort reserves rights to change
append above rules / policies without any prior notice.
Refund policy
- From check in date-
- 100% refund if fully paid advance and cancelled with in 48 hrs.
- 15 days or before 75% will be refunded
- 7 days or before 50% will be refunded
- 3 days or before 25% will be refunded
- Less than 3 days NO REFUND
- Room Tariff Subject to Change without prior Notice
- Confirmation of booking will be subject to full payment only.
- Booking charges are inclusive of taxes
- Child below 06yrs sharing parent’s room without extra bed complimentary
- Local Transport at extra cost
- Watersports & other activities charged on actuals
- Meals as per order (veg / non veg) at extra
- Beverages alcoholic / non alcoholic at extra cost
